📘 Course Overview

The Trainers Methodology Level I (TM I) is a TESDA-certified program designed for technical-vocational trainers who aspire to deliver high-quality instruction aligned with industry-based standards. This course equips you with the competency to plan training sessions, deliver lessons effectively, and assess learners’ performance using competency-based approaches.

📚 Course Components

The TM I program is competency-based and includes the following core units:

1. Plan Training Sessions

2. Facilitate Learning Sessions

3. Utilize Learning Materials and Resources

4. Conduct Competency-Based Assessment

5. Maintain Training Facilities

6. Conduct Training Needs Analysis

7. Develop Training Curriculum

8. Deliver Competency-Based Training
   
   

⏱️ Training Duration

• 264 hours (approximately 33 days if taken full-time)
  
  

• Includes classroom training, workshops, and a teaching demonstration

📜 Requirements

To qualify for TM I, applicants must have:

✅ National Certificate (NC) in any qualification you intend to teach
✅ At least 1-2 years industry experience
✅ At least college level education
✅ Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
✅ Valid Government ID
✅ 1x1 and 2x2 ID photos (white background)
✅ Barangay Clearance
✅ Resume or Work Experience Certificate (if available)
