📘 Course Overview

Organic Agriculture Production NC II is a TESDA-registered program designed to train individuals in organic farming practices that are environmentally friendly, sustainable, and health-conscious. The course covers plant and animal production, organic input preparation, and farm enterprise management—following Philippine and global organic standards.

📚 Course Components

The program includes both core competencies and common units tailored to real-world organic farming needs.

🧠 Core Competencies:

1. Produce organic farm crops

2. Produce organic livestock (small ruminants and poultry)

3. Produce organic supplements (feeds and fertilizers)

4. Operate and maintain farm tools and equipment

5. Establish and manage an organic farm
   
   

🧰 Common Units:

• Apply safety measures in farm operations

• Use farm tools and equipment

• Perform estimation and basic calculations
  
  

⏱️ Training Duration

• 232 hours (about 29 full-time training days)
  
  

• Hands-on, immersive training including fieldwork and demo farm activities

📜 Requirements

To enroll in Organic Agriculture NC II, applicants must submit:

✅ At least Junior High School Level or ALS Certificate
✅ Valid Government-issued ID
✅ Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
✅ Barangay Clearance or Police Clearance
✅ 1x1 and 2x2 ID photos (white background)
✅ Medical Certificate (fit to train)
✅ Resume (optional but recommended)
