Driving NC II is a TESDA-accredited program that equips learners with the knowledge and skills to drive light vehicles professionally and safely. The course includes practical driving techniques, traffic rules, vehicle maintenance, and road safety—preparing trainees for local employment, delivery or ride-hailing work, or personal use with formal certification.

To enroll in Driving NC II, applicants must submit:
✅ Must be at least 18 years old
✅ Valid LTO Student Permit or Driver’s License (Restrictions 1 and 2)
✅ Valid Government-issued ID
✅ PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
✅ Barangay or Police Clearance
✅ Medical Certificate (fit to train)
✅ 1x1 and 2x2 ID photos (white background)
✅ Resume (recommended)
